Oceana Massage has a 24-hour cancellation & rescheduled policy notice for all our appointments. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of service is required to book an appointment (cash or credit accepted). Any cancellation done in less than 24 hours and no-shows will lose their deposit. Please note there is a processing fee per transaction, this fee is non-refundable.

*This is to protect the Massage Therapist's time and livelihood.

Gift certificates are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All gift certificates must be present for redemption.

FAQ’s

  • Each body massage includes hot/salt stones & aromatherapy oils.

  • After your massage you may be sore depending on the massage you choose. It is important to stretch and stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

  • Medical Grade Silicone Cupping is used on specific areas to effectively release adhesions and trigger points by sucking and gliding on the skin. You may experience discoloration on your skin for a few days when static cupping is used.

    Note: These are NOT Bruises. Please consult a physician if you have any illnesses, surgeries, or injuries.
